Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states. For other countries, available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Shipping rates (United States)
- Orders under $50: $4.95 tracked shipping.
- Orders of $50 or more: free tracked shipping.
The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
Delivery time
Once shipped, orders arrive in 5 to 8 business days in the United States. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays or bad weather.
Gifts
The free gifts included with qualifying bundles (caffeine eye patches and collagen eye patches) ship in the same package as your serum.
Order tracking
Every order ships with tracking, free or paid. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package.
Shipping address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us at support@achimcosmetics.com as soon as possible. We can update the address only if the order has not shipped yet.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package has not arrived 15 business days after it shipped, or arrives damaged, email us at support@achimcosmetics.com with your order number. We will send a replacement or refund you.
